About MeI've built my career on curiosity. About people - what makes them tick, what makes them love, what makes them hate - including myself. I've always been different from other people in that I "felt" things "more." Maybe it's an uncanny gift of being able to read people and situations (some people call this intuition); but it could be that I just genuinely care about others.I've been involved in HRM management since 1995 and simultaneously have worked as a coach and trainer since 1998. I began and built up my career at Randstad, the largest Dutch temporary agency - ultimately pioneering the role of behavioral Change Agent as a result of labor law changes. In 2000, I started my own coaching business, where I've worked with a range of clients including artists/entertainers, executives, entrepreneurs and corporations and charities.
