My approach to business coaching is goal-oriented. If there's nothing wrong, I won't try to fix it. I work with companies in two ways, depending on the needs of the organization:

Strategic HRM Consulting

First, as a strategic human resources management consultant. In this context, I can:
  1. help management look at their organization with a fresh perspective - to make only the necessary changes without losing what works. Result: the organization becomes more effective on the fastest trajectory possible.
  2. as an advocate for the company, interview and coach key personnel to identify the nexus of employee and company interests, areas of friction and blocks to productivity. Result: the business implements changes in personnel or task lists that maximize employee satisfaction and therefore organizational reward.
  3. facilitate internal interactions to remove tensions and politics and support open communication and teamwork. Result: the company shifts its collective focus to strengths instead of weaknesses.

Second, as a professional coach for colleagues in need of support. Work and private life may seem like two different worlds from the outside, but at work and at home you're the same person!
